A family-run kitchen where nothing is reheated and nothing is rushed — hand-tossed pizza, pasta made in house, fresh seafood and sauces that simmer all morning. Made to order, served like family, since 2012.

Bassano Del Grappa opened its doors in Bastrop in 2012 as a family business, and it has stayed one ever since. Three words guide everything that leaves our kitchen: quality, healthy, tradition.
We do not run a central kitchen that reheats half-prepared meals. Every sauce is simmered here, every dough is proofed here, every plate is built to order — because that is the only way to serve food that tastes the way our family remembers it.
“Honor the customer. Quality comes first.”
A short look at the plates Bastrop keeps coming back for — the full menu, lunch specials and pizzas are all available for pickup or delivery.

Choose an entrée and pair it with soup or a fresh salad. Served through lunch service — perfect for a quick sit-down or a call-ahead pickup on the way back to work.
Bring your people — we will set the scene, plate the food and take care of the rest.

Birthdays, holiday parties, corporate lunches, wedding festivities — trays built for a crowd and delivered ready to serve.

Rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, team celebrations. Tell us the date and the headcount and we will shape the evening around it.

The whole menu travels well. Order online, choose your time, and it is boxed hot and ready when you arrive.

“The tortellini tastes like somebody's grandmother made it, because somebody's grandmother basically did. This is our Friday spot now.”
“We ordered catering for thirty people and every single tray came back empty. The garlic knots disappeared first.”
“Real New York style crust in the middle of Bastrop. The lunch special is the best value in town — full stop.”
Easy parking, room for the whole family, and a kitchen that is open six days a week. Walk in, call ahead, or reserve your table online.
Book a table for tonight, or send an order ahead and pick it up hot on your way home. Either way, you eat like family.
